The Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted only once a year by Andhra University for admission to postgraduate engineering and pharmacy courses in various private and government institutions across the state.

Application Form
The application form for the AP PGECET 2026 will be available on the official website of the APSCHE CETs most probably April 2026, and then you will get time of at least four weeks for applying.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria to apply for the AP PGECET 2026 are given below, go through the listed points to find out if you are eligible to submit an application form.
- ME/MTech: You must have completed your BE/BTech degree from an AICTE-recognized university in a relevant discipline.
- MPharm/PharmD (PB): You have pursued BPharm from an institution recognised by the PCI.
The minimum requirement in qualifying degree is 50% score as aggregate , the same for SC/ST is 45% score. There is no upper age limit for the AP PGECET 2026.
Application Fee
The application fee details for the AP PGECET 2026 are made public. The APSCHE has announced the category-wise payable amount. Refer to the table below to check what you need to deposit to submit an application form.

The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. You must pay this required amount during registration to get access to the application dashboard.
Exam Pattern
The AP PGECET 2026 will be conducted in online mode using the CBT and will consist of a total of 120 multiple-choice questions. The questions will be asked from the core subject in two parts, each part will have a total of 60 questions.
Each question will carry one mark, and there is no negative marking. Each candidate will be given 2 hours to attempt all the questions. Candidates belonging to the PH category will receive an additional 40 minutes. The medium of this entrance examination will be English only.
