Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for AP ICET 2026 are given below. You can check the following points to find out whether you are eligible to apply for an MBA or MCA course.
- You are an Indian citizen and a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- You must have obtained a bachelor’s degree in any subject from a UGC-recognized university.
- There is no age limit for applying to the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance 2026.
Notes:
- To apply online for the MCA course, it is necessary that you have studied mathematics in your intermediate (10+2) level. If not, then at least one of your subjects in your bachelor’s degree should be mathematics.
- For candidates in the open category, the minimum requirement in the qualifying exam is 50%, while for candidates belonging to backward classes/scheduled castes/scheduled tribes, the requirement is only 45%.
- If you are in the final year or semester of your degree and your degree will be completed before the beginning of counselling, then you can apply for AP ICET 2026.
Application Fee
To apply for the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test 2026, you are required to pay the application fee. The amount is ₹650 for the open category, ₹600 for backward classes, and ₹550 for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
Those who miss the regular application deadline will have the opportunity to submit their application by paying a late fee. The additional charges for the first, second, third, and final late application windows are ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹4,000, and ₹10,000 respectively.
Exam Pattern
The AP ICET 2026 will be conducted online in computer-based test mode, consisting of a total of 200 questions. All questions will be multiple-choice, and the questions will be asked from three different sections, the details of which are given in the table below.

Each question in this entrance examination will carry one mark, and there is no negative marking. You will have a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes to attempt all the questions, and medium of paper in English and Telugu.
