Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for AIIMS Paramedical Entrance Exam 2026 is available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit.
- Educational Qualification: You have passed the Class 12 Exam with PCB/PCM and English from a government recognized board.
- Age Limit: Your age shouldn’t be below 17 years as of December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit to apply for this entrance exam.
Notes:
- The minimum requirement in the 12th Class (Intermediate) Exam is 50% score for UR/OBC, 45% for PwBD, and 40% for SC/ST.
- Candidates who are going to participate in the Class 12 for academic year 2025-26 are also eligible to participate in it.
Application Fee
In order to apply for the AIIMS BSc Paramedical Entrance 2026, it is mandatory to pay the application fee. Refer to the table below to check what you need to submit an application form.

Exam Pattern
The AIIMS, New Delhi will conduct the entrance exam for BSc Paramedical for the academic year 2026-27 in online mode; there will be a total number of 90 objective-type questions from different subjects, they are as follows:

Each question carries a weightage of 1 mark, and ⅓ mark will be deducted for incorrect response. To solve the paper, each individual will get a time duration of 90 minutes, and the medium of this entrance exam will be only English.

- Click on ‘Basic Registration for Paramedical Courses’ and get redirected to the next page.
- Complete Basic Registration by entering personal and contact details, and then upload all the required documents.
- Wait for status confirmation, and after the configuration, you need to generate RUC (Registration Unique Code)
- Log in using RUC and proceed to Final Registration, and select course preference and exam city.
- Pay the application fee, and click on the Submit button to apply for this entrance exam.
