The requirement in the qualifying exam is a 50% score. Candidates who are going to appear in the +2 Exam in the year 2026, or in the final year or semester of the qualifying exam can apply for it.
Application Fee
In order to apply for the IPU CET 2026, the payment of the application fee is mandatory. To apply for any UG or PG course, you need to deposit only 1,500 rupees. It can be paid using any of the provided payment gateway.
Note that the deadline for the payment of the application fee is the same as the form submission. The GGSIPU will accept the application form for the IPU CET 2026 only if you have paid the required amount by the due date set by officials.
Exam Pattern
The GGSIPU will conduct the IPU CET 2026 in the CBT mode exam with a duration of two hours and thirty minutes. There will be a total number of 100 MCQs, whose sections are:

Ek question carries a weightage of 4 marks and there is also a provision of negative marking of 1 mark. The medium of this entrance exam is English.

- Register using basic details, which includes full name, email address and mobile number.
- Fill the online application form by providing basic and educational qualification details.
- Upload required documents with photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee online, and submit your application form.
